Tie good. You like shirt?
So about a month ago, I got a no-nonsense e-mail from Hulu, the video streaming site that's even got it's own TV commercials (mind: so meta it hurts) stating I was among the first 100 users registered on the site. "No wai!" I thought, "I totally 4got how to spell!" Anyway, they were presenting a free gift to the "early adopters" for their one-year anniversary of going public (March 12), which they implied was a t-shirt considering they asked for a t-shirt size, but it wasn't exactly explicitly expressed (hey y'all don't go making contracts without your lawyers now, just sayin', except wit' me), like, "ZOMG YOU RECEIVE FREE SHIRT."
Anyway, I finally got the package on the March 31; yay, free stuff! I opened it fully expecting something like a plain white T with the green Hulu coloring (you know, like their site), but it is like charcoal gray with silver ink. Tons better. The whole shirt is shimmery suggesting the ink comes off easily or, at least, that I need to wash it. I probably won't even wear it, though. Just have it tucked away, periodically removing it to look at the freckled sparkle of ink.
"The Hulu Century" is printed on the bottom and "I knew before you" on the chest, but it probably should be, "I checked my e-mail at the right time and registered immediately after reading it, therefore I managed to be one of the first hundred to sign up for Hulu," but I think that costs extra.
Kinda makes me wonder what number.
This wasn't the best shot as I left the flash on accidentally, but it really does showcase the glitteriness better than the photo I was gonna use.
Edit: Geh? I could've sworn I put this link up: I Googled a bit and found a few other members in the Hulu Century Club.
